Seng Lau

Seng Lau has over 15 years of work experience in the animation industry. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Moving Picture Company as an Animation Supervisor and later as a Lead Animator. At MPC, they collaborated with film directors and VFX supervisors to achieve the desired animation style for film and television. Seng also managed a team and provided technical support to downstream departments. Prior to MPC, Seng Lau worked at Method Studios as a Senior Animator for major motion pictures. Seng has also worked at other studios such as The Coalition Studio, Next Level Games, Relic Entertainment, and Rainmaker Entertainment in various senior animation roles. Additionally, Seng Lau has served as an Animation Instructor at Capilano University from 2008 to 2017. Seng is currently working as an Animation Director at One of Us.

Seng Lau began their education journey in 2001 at Langara College, where they completed a Diploma in Fine Arts, specializing in the field of Fine Arts. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Capilano University, focusing on 2D Animation, and obtained a Certificate in Commercial Animation. Later, from 2006 to 2007, Seng Lau pursued further studies at Capilano University, this time in the field of 3D Animation, earning a Certificate in Digital Animation.
