Laura Groff

Laura Groff is an experienced educator and human resource professional with a diverse background in teaching and recruitment. Currently serving as a Title 1 Tutor at One On One Learning since 2022, Laura provides individualized instruction to students, assists in achieving academic goals, and fosters a growth mindset in learning. In addition, Laura has been a Recruiter and Executive Assistant at The Wildfire Group since May 2011, where responsibilities include improving recruitment processes and managing executive schedules. Previous roles include Summer School Teacher at Milton Hershey School and Elementary School Teacher at Steelton-Highspire School District. Laura holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lebanon Valley College, a BS in Communication and Media Studies, and a Master's in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
