Ali Kokaz

Ali Kokaz has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Head of Data at One Peak since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Data Science at Founders Factory from November 2021 to February 2023. In 2021, they founded Buzzing Stocks and held the position of Founder until February 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Principal Data Scientist at Bricklane, where they utilized technology to facilitate investments in residential property. Before that, Ali worked at Credit Suisse as a Senior Data Scientist and Assistant Vice President from September 2018 to October 2019, and as a Senior Data Scientist from September 2017 to September 2018. Ali also held roles at Kubrick Group, including Head of Data Science Projects from November 2016 to September 2018, and as a Data Scientist from August 2016 to April 2017. Ali's early experience includes working as a Data Engineer at PC-TECH Ltd. from October 2012 to June 2016, where they managed data accounts and performed various tasks related to data entry and tracking.

Ali Kokaz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Swansea University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended The Hollyfield School 6th form from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physical education, and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Ali Kokaz has obtained several certifications, including Dataiku DSS certification, M233 MongoDb & Spark certification, MongoDB for Developers certification, CCA Spark and Hadoop Developer certification, and an Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). Ali has also completed the Kaggle Python Tutorial on Machine Learning from DataCamp, although the date of completion is unknown.
