Scott Matlock

Scott is currently a Partner at PJT Partners (recently merged with Blackstone Advisory). He also serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Altice Group, the listed multinational cable and telecommunications company.

Previously, Scott spent 25 years at Morgan Stanley in New York, London, and Hong Kong, most recently as Chairman of International M&A. Prior to this, he was Chairman of Asia M&A (including Australia, India and Japan) and Global Head of Media & Communications M&A. During his career, he distinguished himself as one of Morgan Stanley’s most prolific M&A practitioners, focusing on the media and telecommunications sectors. Scott was responsible for some of Morgan Stanley's most important clients, including BSkyB, Liberty Global, SES Global and numerous financial sponsors as they have transformed the EMEA cable, broadband, mobile and satellite sectors. As a senior banker, he worked with clients globally to provide transaction ideas and world-class execution advice.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley, United States.
