Lilit Aharonyan

Lilit Aharonyan's work experience begins in 2011 with their role as a Controller/Observer at the Armenian Young Lawyers Association. Lilit then worked as an Assistant for Customer inquiries at "Orange Armenia" CJSC from September to December 2012. In 2013, they had an internship at LUGERA and later became an HR Consultant until August 2016. From August 2016 to September 2018, they worked as an HR Operational Specialist at FINCA Armenia. Lilit then joined the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan, where they served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources from September 2018 to April 2021. Currently, they hold positions at One Planet Group, starting in August 2022 as an IT Recruiter and later transitioning to the role of Manager, People Ops in December 2022.

Lilit Aharonyan holds a Master's Degree in International Relations/Public Administration from Yerevan State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Yerevan State University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Lilit has pursued several additional certifications, including Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High, Dynamic Teams, Human Resource Management from the American University of Armenia, InsideOut COACHING, and Interviewer Certification Training, all obtained from Marriott International.
