Usman Ul - Ahsan

Usman Ul-Ahsan is an experienced Property Manager with a robust background in retail and industrial projects, currently leading property management at ONE Properties since April 2019. With prior roles managing properties for Tim Hortons across Western Canada and serving as a Residential Property Manager at Block 1 Premier Rental Properties, Usman has demonstrated expertise in coordinating site maintenance, lease issues, and tenant turnovers. A foundational career began in marketing and project management, with roles at DawnNews and Geo Tv Network, complemented by a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Real Estate License from the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
