Garrett Ley

Garrett Ley has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Garrett has worked at One River School of Art + Design as an Assistant Director of Education in the Digital department and also as an instructor for digital comics, illustration, storyboarding, and animation. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Comic / Sequential Artist / Illustrator, managing an online store and creating graphic art for clients. Garrett has also worked as an Illustrator & Production Designer for Jonathan Liang, an Illustrator, Video Producer, Lecturer & Demonstrator for Imagination International Inc., and a Camp Art Academy Teacher's Assistant at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Additionally, Garrett has been involved in the creative management of projects as the Head of Campaign and Concept, Art Director, Project Manager, and Video Director & Producer for The "Only Human" Project.

Garrett Ley attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sequential Art. In addition to their degree, Garrett also obtained certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign from Lynda.com in May 2012. Prior to college, they completed a certification in Visual Communication in Art at C-TEC of Licking County in August 2011.
