H. Kush Tulsidas

H. Kush Tulsidas is an Operating Partner at One Rock Capital Partners. H. has over 20 years of experience in private equity, growth consulting, and sales and marketing leadership.

H. was previously with The Riverside Company, where they worked on their Capital Appreciation Fund and co-developed a process and toolkit for growing companies' sales effectiveness and profitable revenues across multiple industries. H. also served as Senior Vice President, Client Business Partner at Nielsen, where they were responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for some of the world's largest consumer goods companies.

In 2012, they co-founded Soondar Secrets, a beauty company that was acquired by L'Oreal in 2017. H. then founded Aryan Capital LLC, a growth consulting firm that works with middle market companies on their go-to-market strategies.

H. Kush Tulsidas has a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. H. also has a B.COM in International Business and Information Systems from Curtin University. In addition, they have various certifications from well-renowned institutions, such as Nielsen, Harvard Business School, Cintas, and Ken Blanchard. These certifications cover a wide range of topics, including Business Process Improvement, Consultative Selling & Negotiation, Management Training, North America Leadership, Situational Leadership, Six Sigma Blackbelt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
