Jack L. Rosenberg

Jack Rosenberg is the current Principal at One Rock Capital Partners. Jack has also previously worked with Relativity Capital and Houlihan Lokey. Jack has experience in transaction due diligence and structuring, development of investment theses, building detailed financial projections and financial statement models, 13-week cash flow forecasting, and portfolio monitoring, support, and development.

Jack L. Rosenberg received their MBA from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in finance and management & strategy. Jack also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in finance and accountancy.

Jack L. Rosenberg reports to R. Scott Spielvogel, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Theo Kim - VP, Rohan Narayan - Partner, and Fola Adamolekun - General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.
