Service Coordination Team

The Service Coordination Team at One Sky Community Services is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders navigate and access the services and resources they need. They work collaboratively to create personalized support plans, facilitate communication between clients and service providers, and ensure that clients are empowered to participate actively in their communities. Through compassionate guidance and advocacy, the team strives to enhance the quality of life for those they serve.
