Andre Alves

Andre Alves serves as the Director of Luxury Sales at ONE Sotheby's International Realty since May 2020. Previously, Andre held the same title at Douglas Elliman Real Estate from June 2016 to May 2020, where Andre contributed to a record of over $1.5 billion in closed sales and established The Carroll Group as the #1 team within Douglas Elliman from 2011 to 2018. In 2016, The Carroll Group was recognized as the #2 real estate team in Florida and #47 nationwide. Andre holds a degree from Salisbury University, attended from 2012 to 2016, and completed secondary education at Blind Brook High School in Rye Brook, NY, from 2008 to 2012.
