Norman Simon

Norman Simon has a diverse work experience. Norman started their career as an Encuentro TV show co-host at Canal 13 plus from March 1997 to September 2000. Norman then owned Pollo Express from March 1995 to September 2001. Later, they worked as an Office Manager at Flexible Staffing LLC from October 1999 to July 2002. From August 2002 to July 2008, they served as the Office Manager at Shawnee Office, where they managed daily operations and processed payroll. Norman also worked as a Regional Manager & Billing Operations at One Source Staffing and Labor from August 2008 to December 2014. In their role, they managed operations in Midwest, Chicago, and Texas, handled billing, and managed staff. After that, they served as the COO/Director of Billing & Operations at One Source Staffing and Labor from December 2014 to August 2017, where they played a key role in company growth and managed operations and staff. Lastly, they held the position of Director of Field Support and Billing Operations at One Source Staffing and Labor from September 2017 onwards, where they managed all aspects of billing operations and collaborated with various departments for seamless customer delivery.

Norman Simon completed their high school education and obtained an accounting degree from La Salle from the years 1986 to 1991. Later, from 1992 to 1996, they attended the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala where they pursued a degree in Marketing/Advertising with a specialization in Business Communications.
