Matthew Heppert

Matthew Heppert is an accomplished operations executive with significant experience in leading teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at One Source Staffing since March 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Operations within the same organization. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Consultant at Slalom from June 2019 to March 2021 and as an Advisory Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from July 2017 to May 2019. Matthew holds a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Public Financial Administration and Policy Analysis from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs, specializing in Environmental Management, from Indiana University Bloomington.
