Felica Hazuka

Felica Hazuka began their work experience as a Recruiter at Ameristar Casino in 2002, where they worked until 2009. Felica then joined HRAM in 2009 as a Program Coordinator, supporting the Human Resources Association of the Midlands by making recommendations to the Executive Board and assisting in the implementation of high-quality programs and services. In 2011, Hazuka became the CEO of One Source The Background Check Company, where they currently hold the role.

Felica Hazuka completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bellevue University in the year 2006. In addition, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015.
