Daniel Fictum

Daniel Fictum serves as the Director at Maximizing Potential Success Coaching, providing success-coaching services and facilitating self-improvement workshops since September 2013. In addition, Daniel holds the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Independent Training Spot, managing daily operations and enhancing client experiences at the private training gym since July 2018. Daniel has also been a Retail Sales Specialist at Rhone and the Dean's Assistant at One Spirit Learning Alliance since 2017. Previous experience includes a role as Front Desk Associate at Equinox and a long-term position as Director of Student Life and Development at CUNY New York City College of Technology. Daniel's educational background includes advanced degrees in Higher Education Administration and Fine Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University and The City University of New York, as well as an ordination in Interfaith/Interspiritual Studies from One Spirit Learning Alliance and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Art from Doane University.
