Natalie Kra

Natalie Kra, MBA/MENV, is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental initiatives, currently serving as the Circular Solutions Project Manager at Perpetual since August 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie held various positions at One Step Closer, including Strategic Advisor and Program Manager for the Packaging Collaborative, alongside a fellowship in sustainable packaging. With a background in sustainability initiatives as Manager at Resonance and Brand Manager roles at Frontier Co-op and Odyssey Elixir, Natalie has demonstrated expertise in innovation and branding. Additional experience includes serving as Program Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Environmental Center and Sustainability Team Lead at Amata Green, LLC. Natalie holds a Master of the Environment in Sustainable Food Systems and an MBA with a focus on Natural & Organic Pathway, both from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Southern California.
