Carlos Barcia

Carlos Barcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles within real estate, media production, and project management. Currently serving as the Appraisal & Punch List Liaison and Property Management Specialist for Royal Palm Companies since September 2019, Carlos also holds the position of Senior Consultant at CFB Images, providing video and photography services for corporate and life events. Since June 2016, Carlos has been a Realtor Associate at One Stop Realty Centers, leveraging skills in photography and videography to market properties effectively. Prior to these roles, Carlos worked at Baptist Health South Florida from March 2001 to October 2016 as a CCTV Producer and Project Manager, starting as an AV Technician. Carlos holds an International MBA from Florida International University and two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Miami.
