Katie Steiner, Esq.

Katie Steiner serves as Counsel in Business and Legal Affairs at OneTeam Partners, specializing in sports licensing and marketing since January 2023. Prior to this role, Steiner was part of the Major League Baseball Legal & Business Affairs team from July 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across various departments. Steiner has a strong foundation in compliance from their position as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Iona College Athletics, where oversight of NCAA compliance and contract management was essential. Earlier experience includes internships focused on legal compliance in athletics at the University of Oregon and the University of Utah. Katie Steiner holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law and dual degrees from the University of Utah in Political Science and Ballet.
