Khalilah El-Amin

Khalilah El-Amin, PHR, SHRMCP, currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at OneTeam Partners, a position held since August 2024. Prior roles include VP of People & Culture at Team Liquid from January 2023 to July 2024, and VP of Global Human Resources and Office Administration at Rockley Photonics Inc. from January 2017 to January 2023. Khalilah has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions at organizations such as KIPP LA Schools, where the role was Director of Human Capital, and as the Founder of CinnamonChic, LLC. Professional background includes foundational experience at Intel Corporation and Fulcrum Microsystems. Khalilah holds an MBA in Leadership & Management from the University of La Verne and a BA from Spelman College, along with international study experiences.
