Cam Nicholas Dyer

Nicholas Dyer, CAM, is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in overseeing operations for residential communities. Currently serving as Property Manager at Capstone Communities since December 2022, Nicholas manages a 276-unit build-to-rent apartment community, focusing on resident experiences, apartment deliveries, maintenance, and financial oversight. Previous roles include Property Manager at Claremont Companies, where Nicholas successfully facilitated pre-leasing for a 153-unit community, and various management positions in the restaurant industry, developing leadership skills in both fiscal and operational areas.
