Davis Maxwell has a significant amount of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Davis started working at Capstone Properties, LLC in 2007 as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for various management tasks such as leasing, budgeting, and maintenance. Davis was later promoted to the position of Vice President in 2008, where they managed a growing portfolio of student housing properties and worked closely with on-site management teams. In 2013, Davis joined Capstone Collegiate Communities as a Managing Broker and eventually became the Vice President of Development. As Vice President, they focused on long-term NOI maximization and provided accurate and timely information to company principals and clients. Overall, Davis Maxwell has a wide range of experience in property management and development.
Davis Maxwell attended the University of Alabama from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. In addition to their degree, Davis holds a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute. Together, these three divisions make us a company able to take our student housing and conventional housing developments all the way from start to finish including acquisition, pre-development due diligence, design, financing and construction through project delivery, lease up and disposition.
