Davis Maxwell has a significant amount of experience in the real estate and property management industry. Davis started working at Capstone Properties, LLC in 2007 as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for various management tasks such as leasing, budgeting, and maintenance. Davis was later promoted to the position of Vice President in 2008, where they managed a growing portfolio of student housing properties and worked closely with on-site management teams. In 2013, Davis joined Capstone Collegiate Communities as a Managing Broker and eventually became the Vice President of Development.
