Jessica Swords is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in community and lease-up management. Currently serving as a Lease Up Property Manager at Capstone Communities since November 2022, Jessica oversees a new BTR community, The Cottages Tradition, comprising 286 homes. Previous roles include Community Manager at JMG Realty, Inc. and Continental Properties, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations, leasing, and community stabilization. Earlier positions included Property Manager at CARROLL, Community Manager at FirstService Residential Florida, and Property Director at The Altman Companies, with a focus on financial management, marketing, and resident retention. Jessica's career began with roles in customer service and administration, emphasizing effective management and growth strategies, including a significant increase in student enrollment at Aloma Kids Academy. Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Education from Valencia College.

C3 has also began specializing in the development, construction, and management of high quality conventional housing developments. C3 is made up of three distinct divisions: Development, Construction and Management. Together, these three divisions make us a company able to take our student housing and conventional housing developments all the way from start to finish including acquisition, pre-development due diligence, design, financing and construction through project delivery, lease up and disposition. Because we approach every development opportunity as new and unique, we maintain flexibility and innovation throughout the predevelopment, design and construction phases which allows us to deliver the best possible product in each and every market.
