Jessica Swords

Jessica Swords is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in community and lease-up management. Currently serving as a Lease Up Property Manager at Capstone Communities since November 2022, Jessica oversees a new BTR community, The Cottages Tradition, comprising 286 homes.
