Wil Trohanis

Wil Trohanis has had a diverse work experience over the years. Wil is currently working as the Chief Revenue Officer at One to One Health, where they focus on providing high-quality healthcare through innovative technology. Before this, they worked at Aon as the Vice President for Health Solutions Broking & Carrier Engagement, where they maximized value for clients by collaborating with carriers and vendors. Prior to that, they held roles at MetLife Global Employee Benefits, where they led multinational distribution and global voluntary benefits initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Unum, cultivating relationships with key broker/consulting firms. Wil also had an internship at Covenant Health, where they gained experience in capital management and investment.

Wil Trohanis attended Baylor School for high school. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management/German at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Private Equity Investing and M&A Strategy from Columbia Business School in December 2020.
