Jessica Buyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and team management. Currently serving as the Team Experience Manager at Petfolk since April 2022, Jessica has previously held roles focusing on human resources at Ditch Witch of The Carolinas and PeopleShare, where responsibilities included recruitment and account management. Jessica's earlier career includes significant HR and payroll expertise at McMurray Cooling & Heating, as well as experience as a Soccer Coach for Soccer Shots Franchising. Jessica's foundational work in customer service began at Hilton Garden Inn as a Front Desk Agent, followed by a progression from Receptionist to Sales at Sun Chevrolet, where knowledge of dealer trades and sales processes was acquired.
