Mario Tm van Dijk

Mario TM Van Dijk has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Mario TM currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at One Vision, a nonprofit organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities. In addition to their role as CFO, Mario is responsible for managing One Vision's Thrift business, facility management, transportation, IT support, and project management teams.

Prior to their current position, Mario worked as an Interim HR Officer at One Vision. Mario TM also founded Aim-Vision Solutions in 2006, where they provided services such as interim and part-time CFO, operations management, business and strategic planning, fundraising, and mentoring services to various small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In their prior roles, Mario served as the CFO of Global ID Group, a global provider of integrated food safety and food quality services. Mario TM was responsible for financial management across multiple offices in nine different countries. Mario also worked as a Partner at The Chocolate Cafe, President of Fairfield Entrepreneur Association, and CFO at Human Factors International, Inc. During their time at Human Factors International, Mario played a key role in navigating the company through challenging market conditions and establishing international operations.

Mario's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Primus, where they served as the General Manager for Western Europe, and Telegroup, where they held various roles related to network expansion, telecom services, domestic provisioning, and international billing. Mario TM also worked as the VP of Accounting at an Investment Management Company, where they oversaw back-office operations, accounting functions, and investor reporting.

Mario TM Van Dijk completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on accounting, finance, and investment from MIU. Mario TM finished this program in 1990. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1980, Mario TM Van Dijk pursued a degree in Agriculture at Warmonderhof, specializing in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture.
