Lex Zhao

Lex Zhao is a Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, a seed-stage venture firm that supports exceptional immigrant founders. Prior to this role, Lex held positions at companies such as Vestwell, Moderne Ventures, Bridgewater Associates, NERA Economic Consulting, and Wood Creek Capital Management. Lex holds an MBA with Honors in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics from Cornell University.
