Albert is the Chief Executive Officer of One Workplace. They held global leadership and cross-functional roles at Zenith Electronics Systems, General Electric, Black+Decker, StanleyBlack+Decker, Spectrum Brands, and led The Wheel Group as President & Chief Executive Officer from 2023 to 2025. Albert led the acquisition of the $400M Tristar Appliances business at Spectrum Brands and directed regional restructurings that improved EBITDA. Albert earned a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (1992–1993) and a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College (1984–1988).
