Camille Scaletta

Camille Scaletta serves as the Strategic Workforce Planning Analytics Lead at Sanofi since May 2017, with prior roles including Talent Analytics Partner and People Data Analyst. In this position, Camille is responsible for delivering analytics dashboards for executive teams, establishing KPIs aligned with the People Strategy, and coordinating People Analytics networks with various stakeholders. Additional contributions include supporting the simplification of HR data management initiatives and improving reporting quality. Camille also has experience in inclusion and diversity initiatives, project management, and leadership development. Before joining Sanofi, Camille worked in human resources roles at Siemens Healthineers, Egis, and Veolia Water, and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in HR, along with a Technical Degree in Finance and Accounting. Camille has been active as a One Young World Ambassador since October 2019.
