Maria Lins is an experienced professional currently serving as the People Services Team Lead at AkzoNobel since December 2014, overseeing a team of direct and indirect reports while managing employee data systems and performance indicators. Previously, Maria held leadership roles in regional procurement operations across the Americas and South America, managing supplier master data, project management, and negotiations for services and materials. Additionally, Maria has extensive purchasing experience, having worked as a buyer for raw materials and packaging at Suzano Papel e Celulose. Education includes an MBA in People Management from USP and an Executive MBA in Economics from FGV.
