Nilza Costa Baptista

Nilza Costa Baptista is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in humanitarian efforts and education. Currently serving as an Ambassador for One Young World, Nilza focuses on addressing global hunger and promoting sustainability and policy change. As a founding member and Ambassador of Unleashed Women at The Hunger Project UK, Nilza advocates for women's empowerment in the fight against hunger and poverty. As the Founder and Director of Angola Hunger Relief, Nilza aims to transform community perspectives on solidarity and hunger eradication in Angola. In addition to these roles, Nilza works as an Operations Manager at 3M Services Group, overseeing team performance and service delivery, and as a Substitute Teacher and Success Coach at London Metropolitan University, where Nilza supports student learning and empowerment. Nilza holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Social Policy from London Metropolitan University.
