Tomer Cohen worked for ONE Technologies as the Head of Product Manager for Real Time Command & Control systems, where they led the development of the main Command & Control app for the Israeli Air Force. Tomer managed and released over 100 new features that transformed the organization. Tomer also served as the Head of R&D and Innovation Department, leading teams in the ideation process and conducting market analysis and user research.
Prior to that, Cohen worked for RideOn as the COO and Business Development Manager, overseeing R&D projects, managing PR efforts, and securing international cooperations and investors.
Tomer also founded AROS LABS and served as the VP of Product.
Tomer Cohen completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2010. Tomer then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Managerial Economics from Reichman University- FORE Executive Education from 2014 to 2016.
