Joanie Phillips

Joanie Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Joanie started their career at BI in 1987 as a Travel Purchasing professional. Later, they joined Northwestern Incentive Services in 1993 as a Manager in Purchasing, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2018, they served as the Director of Purchasing and Industry Relations at MotivAction. During this time, they also served on the Board of Directors at Site Minnesota from 2007 to 2014. In 2018, they joined One10 and One10 Marketing as the Director of Travel & Events Planning.

Joanie Phillips attended the University of Minnesota from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
