Lisa Bracci started their work experience in 1988 as a Reservation Sales Agent at USAirways, where they provided sales and customer service. Lisa then moved on to Excellence In Motivation in 2003, where they worked in various roles such as Travel Account Administrator and Lead Travel Account Administrator, handling travel databases, customer service, and reporting. In 2008, Lisa became a Manager of Travel Operations Coordination, responsible for managing a team and providing operational assessments. Lisa later worked at Aimia Inc. as a Manager of Account Delivery and then Director of Operations Support, managing teams, evaluating processes, and ensuring client requirements were met. Currently, Lisa is a Director of Incentives and Recognition Operations at One10 Inc, where they manage operational support and contact center teams to meet client standards and objectives.

Lisa Bracci has a BA in Political Science from Wright State University. Lisa also has completed a Certified Project Management program at Xavier University. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn.
