Pradnya Joshi

Pradnya Joshi is the Chief People Officer at One2N, where they focus on supporting and developing the people side of the business. With a strong background in psychology, Pradnya began their career as a business consultant and later transitioned to roles in behavioral analysis and people operations at Jombay. Pradnya holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fergusson College and has enriched their skills with certifications in German language. After a brief sabbatical to prioritize family, they returned to the workforce with a passion for technology and learning at One2N. In their personal time, Pradnya enjoys gardening and trekking.
