Shante Bacon-Cius

Shante Bacon-Cius is the CEO and Founder of ONE/35 Agency, a brand marketing and management agency based in New York City. Prior to ONE/35, Shante was a Senior Marketing Director at Island Def Jam Music Group where they managed brand marketing, messaging, and imaging for each artist and soundtrack release. Shante also oversaw album timelines, calendar management, inter-departmental plug-ins and events. Prior to their time at Island Def Jam, Shante was an Urban Marketing Rep at PolyGram Group Distribution.

Shante Bacon-Cius received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University.
