Alexandra Shraybman

Alexandra Shraybman currently serves as the Portfolio Manager for Education at One8 Foundation, a role held since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company from March 2017 to July 2022, where Alexandra progressed from Associate to Senior Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams to drive digital and technology transformations for major banks and insurance companies, and managing the development of a comprehensive data governance product. Before McKinsey, Alexandra worked at Accenture as a Technology Strategy Manager, focusing on IT strategy and operating model design from June 2011 to January 2017, and held positions at Jet Infosystems as a Senior ITSM Consultant from April 2007 to May 2011. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Business-informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Business-informatics from the State University - Higher School of Economics.
