Jenny Svenson

Jenny Svenson is an experienced human resources leader with a comprehensive background in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners at One80 Intermediaries since October 2022, Jenny plays a pivotal role in managing HR functions for a prominent insurance wholesale broker with operations in the US and Canada. Previously, Jenny held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust and served as VP of US Human Resources at Ironshore Insurance, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of HR within a global context. Prior experiences also include leading HR efforts at Lexington Insurance, a subsidiary of AIG, and Holyoke Mutual Insurance Company. Jenny holds an MBA from Salem State University and a BA in Psychology from North Adams State College.
