Omar Rivas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as Principal at OneAccord, Omar leads transitions and growth strategies for various organizations across multiple sectors. As the founder of Omar Rivas, LLC., Omar specializes in training and mentoring professionals and military leaders in communication and business development. Previous roles include CEO of GrowthCafe, Executive Presentation Coach at AMAXRA, and founder of e4orce, where Omar honed expertise in communications and training. Additionally, Omar has contributed to Stronger Families as an Engagement and Presentation Trainer, co-founded SandOmar, served on the Board of Trustees at Antioch University, and was a Vistage Chair. Omar's educational background includes studying Engineering at the University of Miami and Architectural Communication at Miami Dade College.
