Randal Dick PhD is an experienced leader in Christian nonprofit and business sectors, currently serving as Chairman of Christian CEO Advisory Groups at Convene since September 2019. With a focus on fostering collaboration among Christian CEOs and business owners, Randal facilitates their growth and leadership success. As a Principal at OneAccord since 2014, Randal delivers value to various organizations, including involvement in significant projects such as the Performing Arts Center in Bellevue, WA. Randal has also contributed to the Christian Leadership Alliance by designing and teaching governance courses for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader certification. Previous roles include Executive Consultant at Design Group International, where Randal supported churches in transition, and Director of Mission and International Ministry at Worldwide Church of God, overseeing operations in over 70 countries.
