Joshua Townsend

Joshua Townsend has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Joshua started their career as a CRM Administrator at MTData in 2018. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Secure Trust Bank. In 2022, they joined the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society as a Salesforce Consultant, specializing in GDPR and Data Integrity. Later that year, they became the Head of Business Systems at Inside Global and held the position until 2023. Joshua then moved to Barclays, where they worked as a Salesforce Project Manager, Assistant Vice President. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Finance Applications at Advanced.

Joshua Townsend holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RMIT University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Associate from Salesforce in the years 2023 and 2022 respectively.
