Darrell Herlong has extensive experience in engineering and project leadership spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Project Leader and Staff Engineer at O'Neal, Inc. since February 2011, Darrell previously held roles at Sealed Air Corporation, including Global Process Platform Director, where responsibilities included leading teams for design and version compliance with global standards. In earlier positions at Sealed Air, Darrell advanced from Mechanical Engineer to Mechanical Engineering Section Leader, overseeing team formation, project development, and resource planning during a significant growth period. Darrell began a career at Cytec as a Process Engineer before transitioning through various engineering roles. Darrell holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
