Charles-Elie Berilloux has extensive experience in various roles within the retail and supply chain industry. Charles-Elie began their career as an Industrial Supply Chain Engineer at L'Oréal in 2010. Charles-Elie then moved on to become a Customer Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for optimizing supply chain processes and increasing customer satisfaction.

Berilloux later took on the role of Solar Campaign Assistant Coordinator at L'Oréal's S&OP European Hub. During this time, they successfully improved service levels and reduced stock levels for sun care and self-tanning products.

In 2012, Berilloux became a Chief Project Manager at L'Oréal, leading the implementation of an AI-based sales forecasting system and standardizing sales forecast processes across all divisions. Charles-Elie also served as a Demand Planning Analyst, where they created a demand forecasting dashboard and achieved significant improvements in forecast accuracy and stock management.

Berilloux then joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019 as a Demand Planning & Business Analytics Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for multi-channel supply forecasting and optimization, data analysis for improving production and logistics processes, and the implementation of a BI and ERP system.

In 2021, Berilloux transitioned to Pecan AI as a Data Analyst, where they focused on strategic thinking around clients' business use cases, exploration and preparation of complex datasets, and analyzing results for Auto ML model training.

Most recently, Berilloux joined Onebeat as a Presales Engineer. Onebeat is an AI-driven retail technology company. Berilloux's role involves optimizing the retail process using AI algorithms to allocate inventory and maximize sell-through and overall sales in various retail segments.

Charles-Elie Berilloux has a diverse educational background. Charles-Elie obtained a Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management from Grenoble INP - UGA and Grenoble INP - Génie industriel from 2008 to 2012. Before entering university, they attended Lycée Champollion where they completed the Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles program in 2006-2008. Charles-Elie also obtained a Baccalauréat with a focus on Mathematics from the same institution in 2006.

Additionally, Charles-Elie Berilloux has completed a number of certifications related to data analysis and programming.
