Lena Vatmacher is an accomplished HR and talent acquisition executive with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Fractional HR Lead at Onebeat and the CEO and Co-Founder of JobQ.Me, Lena is dedicated to transforming the job search process. Previous roles include Global VP of People and Operations at Panorays, Global HR Executive at Cynet, and Head of Global HR at illusive networks, where Lena established and led comprehensive HR functions. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
