Rick Gaffney

Rick Gaffney, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at OneBlood since November 2009. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at Disney Parks & Resorts, including Director of Communication Technology and Manager of Communication Technology. At Walt Disney World, Rick worked in numerous capacities from March 1997 to October 2009, including Manager of Portal Operations and Human Resources Manager. Earlier in Rick's career, positions included Human Resources Manager at GE Travel and Expense Center / Carlson Wagonlit and a variety of operational roles at Walt Disney World from August 1982 to June 1995.
