Rialdy Putra Perdana Herubekti has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rialdy Putra began their career as an Office Administration staff at Blue Bird Group, where they efficiently managed schedules and ensured clarity in job assignments for employees.

Rialdy Putra then transitioned to the gaming industry, joining Gameloft. Rialdy Putra worked in multiple roles, starting as an Assistant Producer, where they coordinated with developers, game designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile games. Rialdy Putra later became the Android HD+ Quality Assurance Product Manager, responsible for handling projects from inception to launch and ensuring smooth and issue-free game quality. Rialdy Putra also served as the Android HD+ Quality Assurance Lead, ensuring project success and minimizing bugs before the games were released to live users.

After gaining valuable experience in gaming, Rialdy moved on to Extra Integer as a Quality Assurance Tester, focusing on delivering apps without major issues. Rialdy Putra collaborated with product owners and developers, utilizing test scenarios and automation Ruby to ensure a smooth testing process.

Rialdy further enhanced their expertise in quality assurance by joining PrivyID as a Project Manager. Rialdy Putra collaborated closely with the business and client teams, as well as UI/UX professionals, to deliver enhancements to the technical team. Rialdy Putra also created well-defined timelines for the developers and QA team to ensure effective project completion.

Next, they joined HReasily and assumed the role of a Product Owner, responsible for analyzing enhancements and providing valuable feedback for product improvement. Rialdy also took on the role of Quality Assurance Lead at HReasily, where they played a key role in drafting, interpreting, and implementing QA standards and procedures for the organization.

Most recently, Rialdy joined Human.e Solutions as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they contributed to ensuring the quality of products through their expertise and skills.

Currently, Rialdy is working at Brick - Financial API as a QA Engineer.
