Susan Robillard

Susan Robillard has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to benefits enrollment, client relations, and training. Susan currently works at OneBridge Benefits as the Director of Agency Enrollment Services, where they oversee the enrollment process for agencies. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Enrollment Services at the same company. Before joining OneBridge Benefits, Susan worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York for 8 years, where they served as a Benefit Consultant, Medicare Center Manager, Learning Specialist, and Corporate Trainer. Susan also worked at the Research Foundation of SUNY as a Senior Medicaid Trainer for almost a decade. Susan's expertise lies in enrollment services, client relations, and training, making their a valuable asset in the field of benefits administration.
