Tyler Flynt has extensive experience as a percussionist, having worked as an Extra/ Substitute Percussionist for various orchestras such as the Akron Symphony Orchestra, Canton Symphony Orchestra, Erie Philharmonic, and Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Tyler also served as a Percussion Coach for the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony. In addition to their music career, Tyler has worked as a Software Developer at OneBridge Benefits since February 2021. Prior to that, they completed a .NET Apprentice program at The Software Guild, where they gained experience in ASP. NET MVC, Bootstrap framework for CSS, and custom validation using the IValidatableObject interface. Tyler also worked as a Mallet Maker at Dragonfly Percussion.

Tyler Flynt completed a Professional Performer's Certificate in Percussion Performance from Lynn University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Percussion Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music from 2013 to 2015. Tyler also holds a Bachelor's degree in Percussion Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, which they earned from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications in .Net/C# development from The Software Guild, including a Level 4 certification in Full-Stack Development in December 2020, a Level 3 certification in Server-Side Development in October 2020, a Level 2 certification in Object-Oriented Programming in July 2020, and a Level 1 certification in Programming Basics in June 2020.
