Katy Sawyer

Katy Sawyer, a Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Onebright. With a background in human resources spanning over two decades, she has held various HR roles in different companies, including VP of Human Resources at Perspectum Ltd and Senior HR Business Partner at EMIS Health. Prior to these roles, she also worked as an Independent HR Consultant and in various HR advisor and administrator positions. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Leicester.
