Kimberly Pratt

Kimberly Pratt currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations for Optum, overseeing multiple divisions including Senior Living and SNF Patient Connect. With a career at Optum starting in 2006, Kimberly has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Mideast region and Sr Director of Clinical Services. In addition, Kimberly contributes to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Eastern Mennonite University, teaching assessment courses in the RN to BSN completion program. Holding multiple nursing degrees, including an MSN from Villanova University and another MSN from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Kimberly has a strong background in clinical operations and nursing leadership.
