Mark Chavez

Mark Chavez has extensive work experience in fundraising and development. Mark started their career in the US Navy as a Helicopter Flight Operations Manager from 1991 to 1998. After leaving the Navy, they worked as the Director of Development and Communications at the San Diego Historical Society from 1998 to 2005. Mark then worked as the Science and Technology Public Programs Coordinator at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they worked as a Realtor at Century 21 from 2006 to 2008. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Easter Seals Central Texas as a Development Associate and Public Events Manager. Mark then moved on to become the Director of Development and Communication at The Care Communities from 2011 to 2012. Mark Chavez served as the Managing Director at Branding ATX in 2012. Mark then worked as the Director - Austin / San Antonio / Houston at BidPal, Inc from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Director at OneCause from 2016 onwards.
